How do our treatments work?
Sure Step is a scientifically designed non-slip treatment that increases traction without adding any coatings, films, or residue. Rather than sitting on top of the surface like traditional anti-slip solutions, our treatment reacts at a microscopic level to create an invisible, tread-like pattern. These micro-treads are activated when moisture is present, enhancing grip exactly when it’s needed most.
The application process is quick, seamless, and requires no downtime. Sure Step is applied directly to the surface, where it works to break through any buildup and interact with the material beneath. It contains cleaning properties to help penetrate the surface effectively, no extensive pre-cleaning is required unless the area is exceptionally dirty. After a short activation period (usually 5-30 mins depending on material), the treatment is thoroughly rinsed away, leaving the floor or tub looking exactly the same—but with dramatically improved slip resistance.
